Aikah industrial establishment, an associated company of Aikah
Establishment for general trading specializes in the assembly of a wide range
of LV switchgear. It has a fully equipped manufacturing facility at
al quoz off sheikh zayed road in dubai. It has a large team of highly qualified
and trained engineers and technicians. this facility is IS0 9002 certified.
THE DIVISION OFFERS:
Main and sub main distribution boards upto 3200a in form 2 and form 4
Consumer distribution boards
Auto changeover and AMF panels
Motor control centres
Power factor correction panels
Variable speed drive, soft starter and PLC control panels
Control panels for water transfer sets, water booster sets,
Generators, submersible pumps etc.
THE SWITCHBOARDS ARE TYPE TESTED AND CERTIFIED BY ASTA, UK FOR THE FOLLOWING
RATINGS:
Main Distribution Boards: 2500A & 1600A (50KA/3s) ; 1250A & 800A
(50KA/1s)
Sub Main Distribution Boards: 630A & 400A (35KA/1s)
Feeder Pillers: 400A (46KA FOR 0.5s)
The division as a franchisee of NCE, U.K., a renowned manufacturer of
high specification switchboards is also able to offer NCE brand custom made,
high specification switchboards built under the design and supervision of NCE.
This included MCC'S, control and instrumentation panel, process control panels,
scada systems, package substations, hv/lv metering panes and other custom built
assemblies. NCE designs are asta type tested for: busbar -50ka/1s, 80ka/1 &
3s: incoming and outgoing cubicles: acbs 1250-4000a, mccb's 125a-800a; with
drawable and fixed type mccbs - type 2 coordination 50ka (both with
fuse/contractor & mccb/contractor combinations.)
